Physical Therapist

Full-time outpatient physical therapist in Palm Springs, CA delivering comprehensive care to diverse patients. Responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Utilize evidence-based methods to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcomes.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California

CPR certification required

Preferred Skills:

Previous outpatient experience
