Job Details Job Location: Store 40791 Goldsboro - Goldsboro, NC 27530. Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year. Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service. The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and are willing to help and guide others. Responsibilities Ensure team members and shift managers complete assigned duties. Manage inventory. Maintain financial accountability. Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. Ensure restaurant is safe for employees and customers. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. Medical and Dental Insurance after 1 year of employment, must average 30+ hours/week. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred. 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility. Basic personal computer literacy. Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position. Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass background check criteria and drug test. Must have reliable transportation. Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
