Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekend Day Shift Ks Kare Home LLC is hiring a dependable, compassionate DSP for our adult residential facility in Los Angeles, CA 90044. Pay: $19-$21 per hour Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Job Type: Part-time, on-site Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and daily routines. Provide supervision and individual support according to residents’ care plans. Support positive behavior, independence, and respectful communication. Assist with activities and community outings as assigned. Complete daily notes, shift reports, and incident documentation. Help maintain a clean, safe home. Provide medication assistance within your training and facility procedures. Qualifications: Experience in an adult residential facility, caregiving, or supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred. DSP Year 1 and Year 2 training preferred. CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. Ability to complete required background clearance and health screening.
