Compensation: Performance-Based (Average reps earn $4,000$7,000/month; top performers exceed $10,000)
Schedule: AfternoonEvening Availability Required About Housebuildr Housebuildr is a growing renewable energy organization focused on structured training, accountability, and performance-based growth . We develop field professionals who want long-term opportunity, not short-term gigs. Our systems are proven. Our standards are high. Position Summary As a Residential Energy Advisor , you will work directly in local neighborhoods educating homeowners on energy efficiency and solar options. Your responsibility is to identify qualified homeowners and schedule consultations for our senior energy consultants. This role does not involve closing sales. No prior solar experience is required we provide comprehensive training, scripts, and ongoing support. Core Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach with homeowners
- Educate residents on energy-saving solutions
- Qualify homeowners based on program criteria
- Schedule consultations accurately using CRM tools
- Represent Housebuildr professionally at all times
- Follow daily activity standards and team expectations
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable with a growth-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in the field

- Available for afternoon and evening hours
