Travel Physical Therapist - $2,130 per week

Physical Therapist – Travel Assignment Location: Roseburg, Oregon. Start Date: 06/22/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week on 8‑hour days. Travel assignment with a 7‑day schedule (8‑hour days). Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish, administer, and adjust treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic, achievable goals and document patient progress. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess, plan, evaluate, and modify care to achieve therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree with required certifications in Physical Therapy. Passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). Graduated from an accredited PT program. Minimum one year of clinical experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (or in active application process). Current CPR certification. Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit.
