Job Overview R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Full Time Customer Service Representative in our Georgetown, KY Service Center office. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers, assisting customers and other R+L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement, using customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, resolving their issues, and promoting company goals and objectives. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, various shifts. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Come and experience the difference with R+L Carriers. Job Responsibilities Display professional phone etiquette Data processing – entry‑level skills Organization skills and practices Proficient time management Filing, copy‑fax machine Computer knowledge – Internet basics, computer security practices, touch typing Learning and working with company computer related applications, tools, and programs Type a minimum of 25 words per minute Process confidential materials and information professionally at all times Display high energy, enthusiasm, optimism and positive attitudes Qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision Ability to effectively manage a fast‑paced environment with multi‑tasking skills Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Ability to communicate both verbal and written clearly and professionally Ability to work within a team environment Highly dependable, flexible and willing to accommodate the work environment Ability to adapt to fast‑pace changing conditions R+L Carriers – Women in Trucking #J-18808-Ljbffr R+L Carriers
