Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the futureThis position exists to analyze inventory performance, identify trends, investigate recurring issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory accuracy.Primary Responsibilities:Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards.Analyze recurring negative inventory and discrepancy trends.Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.Partner with operations to reduce recurring inventory issues.Track corrective actions to closure and measure effectiveness.Support cycle count program analysis and optimization.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Support BOM changes (Routings, allocations, etc.) are set correctly by the responsible parties.Support manual consumption/backflush by sending follow ups to ensure MO closure.Required QualificationsHSD2-4 Years of experience in a warehouse environmentWorking knowledge of inventory management, Bill of Material, and inventory transactionsMicrosoft Office proficiency and knowledge of ERP systemAnalytical skills, proficient in problem-solvingPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fieldSAP experience and advanced Microsoft excel skillsCPIM certification earned through the APICS organizationExperience with Lean principlesWe value our employees by providing:Competitive compensation based on skillsIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking pathsEducation assistance and internal training programsElectric vehicle chargingMaternity & paternity leaveInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
