Position Summary

As a CAD Production Technician , you will support project delivery by creating, organizing, and maintaining engineering drawings, construction documents, and 3D models for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Working alongside engineers, designers, and project managers, you will help transform engineering concepts into accurate, high-quality design deliverables that support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and annotate detailed 3D models under the guidance of senior designers and engineers.
• Create plans, profiles, sections, details, and construction documents.
• Support design efforts for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and interdisciplinary design teams.
• Coordinate survey information and process field data for design development.
• Create project setup files, title sheets, templates, and base drawings.
• Organize and maintain project drawing structures and electronic files.
• Facilitate collaboration and document sharing between internal and external project teams.
• Ensure compliance with CAD, BIM, and MicroStation standards.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with project teams to support efficient project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience or formal training with one or more of the following:
• • Civil 3D
  • Revit
  • MicroStation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• • Excel
  • Outlook
  • Word
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
