We’re hiring Production Associates to join a food manufacturing team in Plover, WI . This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Shift Options
1st Shift
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.46/hr
2nd Shift
2:00 PM or 3:00 PM start – 10:30 PM or 11:30 PM | $18.46/hr
3rd Shift
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.46/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Pack finished products into boxes
- Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
- Stack cartons and prepare products for shipment
- Weigh and label boxes
- Supply production lines with materials
- Assist with palletizing and production line support
- Use basic hand tools for simple equipment assembly
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow food safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Commitment to safety and quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and other physical movements
- Ability to work safely around production equipment and forklifts
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
