Supply Planner II

As a a Strategic Supply Planner?here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will develop and implement long-term strategies for a company's supply chain to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.?This role focuses on aligning supply chain operations with business goals, considering factors like customer demand, network design, and supplier relationships.?

You will report to our Production Planning Leadership team, and you will work out of either our Rocky Mount, NC and/ or South Bend, IN locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on business operations at Honeywell Aerospace. By effectively managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and cost management, you will improve customer satisfaction, minimize carrying costs, and reduce waste.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions, specifically Inventory Buffers.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.

• Ensure Material Master data setting compliance through defined audit and maintenance process.

• Govern Weekly Site CTB Reporting and drive automation.

• Document Planning process standard work and facilitate training.

• Lead and support strategic actions and project initiatives to improve Planning performance.

• Initiate and execute Planning process enhancements including use of automation and AI.

You Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management.

• ERP system knowledge and comprehension of data analytics tools (SAP, Maestro, PowerBI, and Tableau).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
