Construction Laborer

$20.00/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are seeking dependable and motivated Construction Laborers to join a growing team in Turner, Maine. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and contributing to successful construction projects. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Assist crews with demolition, site cleanup, and general labor tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and organize job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all company safety procedures and project requirements.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete required documentation and other job-related duties as assigned.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to work in changing environments and weather conditions.
• Experience using hand and power tools is preferred.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment (50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally)
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment and varying weather conditions.
