Executive Administrator to CFO Staff & Investor Relations Coordinator

Executive Assistant – Investor Relations & CFO Staff Support KLA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations and Market Analytics team and CFO Staff in a fast‑paced public‑company environment. This role will spend roughly 50 % of its time coordinating Investor Relations activities and the remainder supporting CFO staff. Key Responsibilities Coordinate investor‑facing logistics: earnings calls, investor conferences, non‑deal roadshows, one‑on‑one meetings, site visits, and investor bus tours. Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities for Investor Relations leadership. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, executive summaries, agendas, attendee lists and post‑meeting documentation. Maintain investor and analyst contact lists, meeting trackers, CRM systems and document organization. Support Market Analytics team by coordinating recurring deliverables, research workflows, meetings and internal distributions. Respond to CFO staff requests with urgency: action‑item tracking, executive materials, project coordination, travel support, large‑group meeting scheduling, expense reports, signatures management and general administrative tasks. Ensure deliverables are polished, accurate and on time with meticulous detail at every touchpoint. Build effective working relationships across Finance, Investor Relations, Market Analytics, Legal, Communications and executive support teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an Investor Relations function, Office of the CFO or leadership team of a publicly traded company. Familiarity with earnings processes, investor conferences, CRM systems and capital markets workflows. Experience in a semiconductor, technology or rigorously regulated environment is a plus. 3+ years of executive‑support experience, preferably with finance or investor relations exposure. Demonstrated discretion with sensitive information. Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple high‑priority workstreams. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive‑level materials. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other LLMs. Proactive mindset and strong follow‑through, anticipating issues before they arise. Minimum Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent with at least five years of experience. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $34.19 – $58.13 per hour. Primary Location: USA‑CA‑Milpitas.
