Senior Construction Manager

I'm currently supporting a major project and looking to speak with several experienced Senior Construction Managers . These are hands‑on, site‑based roles for individuals who enjoy being in the field, driving construction activities, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for professionals who can take ownership of their scope, lead from the front, and keep projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Driving and managing assigned construction scopes on site Ensuring safe execution and compliance with project requirements Supporting construction planning, sequencing, and delivery activities Working closely with engineering, quality, commissioning, and project teams Monitoring progress, managing risks, and reporting on key milestones What We're Looking For Experience delivering projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industrial environments Candidates from power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similar sectors are also encouraged to apply Strong site‑based construction experience with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset Proven ability to take ownership and drive successful project delivery Preferred Backgrounds Experience across mechanical, process, piping, electrical, controls, cleanroom, or utility systems construction would be highly advantageous, particularly within complex or regulated environments. Ideal Experience Experience working for leading construction, EPCM, or engineering organisations is desirable.
