Position Member Service Representative / Personal Banker Location Wantagh, NY Job Information Job Id: 477 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities Directly engage with members and potential members to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions. Support and promote a successful service/sales culture by identifying member needs and cross-selling relevant products. Efficiently and accurately process transactions (loan payments, fund transfers). Research and resolve member concerns. Record transaction information accurately within the provided software system. Engage with members to explain available services and products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least 18 months of relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service. Previous banking or financial services experience. Desire to provide outstanding member service. Ability to discuss financial products and services. Professional appearance combined with an enthusiastic, assertive personality. Self‑motivated and dependable (arrive on time). Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments.
