AR/Billing Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst with over 3 years of experience to join our client's team. The AR Analyst will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our billing and collections processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in collections, be proficient in Excel, and be familiar with NetSuite and Salesforce. This position is hybrid with 2 days remote. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $26 to $28 per hour.

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients based on contractual terms.
  
  
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  
  
• Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable performance, including aging reports, collections status, and cash flow forecasts.
  
  
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies between accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
  
  
• Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce to manage accounts receivable processes and maintain accurate records.
  
  
• Assist in implementing process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in billing and collections.
  
  

• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze financial data and generate reports.
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to invoices and payments.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
  
  
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing billing and collections processes.
  
  
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is highly preferred.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  
  
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
