SAP RISE Expert

Role Description

• Assess the current SAP S/4HANA landscape and define the migration roadmap to RISE with SAP.
• Lead migration planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Design and govern the target-state SAP architecture, including integrations, connectivity, security, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with SAP ECS, infrastructure teams, hyperscalers, managed service providers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Define post-migration support, governance, and service management processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and the RISE shared responsibility model.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience delivering SAP cloud transformation and RISE with SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing complex SAP landscapes, integrations, security, and operational transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• SAP Technology/Basis or SAP Cloud Certifications.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience working with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
