Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Drive service vehicle to transport funeral equipment

Set up chairs, tents, and other equipment at funeral or graveside locations

Assist with moving caskets and floral arrangements as directed

Maintain clean and service-ready vehicles and equipment

Follow all safety, confidentiality, and etiquette standards during services

Support funeral directors and staff as needed during services

Understanding of concrete manufacturing helpful

Minimum Education Required

High School Education or GED

Minimum Experience Required

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must pass drug test and physical

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (90+ lbs)

Professional demeanor and appearance

Sensitivity and respect for grieving families

Prior funeral or service setup experience preferred but not required

Must be team player, picking up rotating shifts on weekends (1.5x wage Saturdays, Double Sundays) and work on the floor when needed
