AI-Forward Lawyer (Product/GTM)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial AI-Forward Lawyer to join the team at an incredibly exciting corporate client! The client is a cutting edge company that is leading the industry in the innovative implementation of AI technology to enable teams to work smarter by combining advanced AI-augmentation with hands-on human expertise.

As an AI-Forward Lawyer on the team, you will have the unique chance to leverage AI to help transform the legal industry. Engaging with both in-house legal teams at Fortune 500 clients and internal development teams, you will serve as the bridge, translating legal workflows into sleek and functional product capabilities.

The role can either be fully onsite, or hybrid, in the beautiful Palo Alto office!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the legal subject matter expert to identify which products and features are needed for enterprise clients' legal teams
• Gather and understand pain points and technical legal needs that will be developed into actionable technology-driven workflows
• Translate specific legal workflows to the technical engineering and product development teams
• Apply proprietary technology to legal tasks such as legal research, commercial contract review, drafting and analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Support sales and GTM teams on calls and demonstrations, educating users on product capabilities
• Assist with validating use cases in order to implement impactful adoption of the technology
• Present demonstrations that are tailored to specific legal needs for enterprise legal teams
• Serve as the assigned point person for clients, from the beginning of the engagement through deployment of the technology
• Troubleshoot workflow implementation and identify issues to resolve customer concerns

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD or equivalent legal qualification
• Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA
• Active Bar License
• At least three years of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally in corporate or litigation
• Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact
• Excitement about the legal tech and the opportunity to transform how legal work is done.
