In-Store Sales Lead Generator

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to represent our HVAC services inside retail partner locations. In this role, you’ll proactively approach shoppers, start friendly conversations, and identify homeowners interested in heating, cooling, or indoor air quality solutions. You’ll explain our services, qualify potential customers, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort advisors. Success in this position requires strong communication, a professional, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet lead-generation goals while following all safety and store guidelines.
