What a typical day looks like

• Start your day reviewing your inbox and call queue. You’ll speak with B2B customers and vendors by phone and email, offering clear, calm, and professional support.
• Use our CRM/case system to track requests and our ERP to check inventory, pricing, and order status. You’ll prepare quotes using our quoting tools.
• Guide customers toward the best-fit solution from our product portfolio—no cold calling. Our dedicated inside sales team handles prospecting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to make sure orders move smoothly from request to fulfillment.
• Stay curious—learn the pros and cons of product options and help customers make confident decisions.

Training and support you can count on

• Full training on company processes, our product ranges, and how to evaluate solution tradeoffs.
• Hands-on onboarding for our case management, quoting tools, and ERP workflows.
• Direct access to your Team Supervisor—support when you need it, autonomy when you don’t.

Who thrives here

• Customer service or inside sales experience: You know how to gather details, provide information, fulfill orders, and resolve issues.
• Confident communicator: Comfortable on the phone and via email; professional, poised, and steady under pressure.
• Inquisitive quick-learner: You pick up product knowledge quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Systems-savvy: Experience with CRM/ticketing and ERP systems.
• Truly organized: You don’t just say it—you live it.
• Manufacturing/industrial exposure preferred: We prioritize this background, but we’ll train the right person with strong aptitude.

• Location: In-person at our Northbrook, IL office (about 25 miles from Chicago).
