You’ll work alongside a team of welders, report directly to the Welding Team Lead, and spend your day doing what you came to do: weld, build your skills, and produce quality work. If you have at least 1 year of MIG welding experience and can read blueprints or drawings, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. What You’ll Do As a Welder, you’ll perform hands‑on MIG welding work as part of a team-focused production environment. Your primary focus will be producing quality welds and completing assigned work efficiently and safely. Perform MIG welding on a variety of projects. Read and interpret blueprints and/or technical drawings to understand welding requirements. Use a tape measure and perform basic shop math to accurately complete your work. Complete welding assignments while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Work as part of an eight-person welding team under the direction of the Welding Team Lead. Learn new welding techniques, processes, and skills through hands‑on training. Participate in cross‑training to expand your technical capabilities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established company procedures and safety standards. Perform other related duties as assigned.
