Job Details

This local CDL A Driver position is based in Conyers, Georgia and pays $25per hour. You will haul paper products on no-touch routes through Georgia and nearby states using a day cab and dry van trailer. This is a TransForce driving opportunity with a local assignment and a consistent 40-hour workweek.

This role requires a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card and experience operating day cab tractors and dry van trailers.

Pay & Schedule

$25per hour
Weekday schedule based in Conyers, GA
Primary shift is 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule may vary based on operational needs
Occasional Saturday work may be required
Three-week assignment with temp-to-perm employment type

What You'll Be Doing

Transport paper products throughout Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and North Carolina.
Operate day cab tractors with dry van trailers and automatic transmissions.
Handle no-touch freight and complete assigned routes safely and on schedule.
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain transportation documentation.
Use slip-seat equipment and communicate with dispatch and customers as needed.

What You Need

Valid CDL A
1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable tractor-trailerdriving experience.
Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds
