Real Estate Closing CoordinatorEastern Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator for our client in the Mt. Pleasant, SC area. This full-time position is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents necessary to conduct real estate closings under the supervision of the managing attorney. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare final closing statements for real estate transactions.Review and verify legal documents related to real estate closings.Prepare documents necessary to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.Notarize documents and ensure all forms meet legal requirements.Calculate adjustments and communicate information to all parties involved in the sale.Maintain organized and accurate transaction files.Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.Assist with additional administrative and legal duties as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned by management.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of real estate closing experience required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Service-oriented mindset with excellent active listening skills.SoftPro experience preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.The estimated salary range for this position is $46,000-$66,000k, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
