Daytime and afternoon/evening shifts (9:00 AM–1:00 PM and/or 3:00–7:00 PM, Monday–Sunday)

Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs, we are seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers to provide advanced in-home care and hospice support to our clients in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible and rewarding part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping
• Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care
• Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care

Requirements:

• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Experience providing hands-on personal care with ADLs
• Hospice experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with clients who have complex or changing care needs
• A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving
