Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Location: Rutland, Vermont
Compensation: $380,000 – $420,000 + Productivity Incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:4 Call

She Recruits is representing an established cardiovascular program in Vermont seeking a fellowship-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative, hospital-employed practice.

Practice Overview

• 4 Cardiologists + 1 PA
• 15–20 clinic patients daily
• Shared 1:4 call schedule
• Integrated care model with ED, ICU, and Hospitalist collaboration
• Strong tertiary referral relationships

Responsibilities

• Interpret echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring
• Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Provide inpatient consultative services
• Maintain high-quality documentation
