Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant/Physical Therapist role based in Choctaw, OK. The team member will provide direct patient care under appropriate supervision or within their licensure scope, including implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, and supporting manual therapy procedures. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes, and communicating effectively with the supervising therapist, other clinicians, and administrative staff. The role involves patient education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies, as well as coordinating with the front office regarding scheduling and documentation needs. The position requires a compassionate, professional approach that aligns with the clinic’s mission of delivering individualized, evidence-based orthopedic care. Qualifications Foundational knowledge in Medicine and clinical concepts related to musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Demonstrated skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises within licensure scope. Strong focus on Patient Care and patient-centered communication, with the ability to build trust and support diverse populations. Experience or comfort providing Home Care guidance, including instruction on home exercise programs and safe functional mobility. Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist in Oklahoma. Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program. Effective documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records or willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage a consistent full-time patient caseload.
