Finance ManagerCompensation: $125,000-$140,000 per yearManages Finance activity for assigned account portfolio and territory. This includes budgeting, performance monitoring, forecasting, profitability and variance analysis, and managing other business initiatives. Partners directly with operations leadership to drive performance, accountability, and improvement.Roles & ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels with Operations and functional teamsOwn and manage financial results for assigned scopeReport, analyze, interpret, and communicate financial and operational issuesIdentify, communicate, train, guide and influence opportunities for margin improvement and cost containmentPrepare timely and accurate internal month end Close reports of financial activity and profitability; prepare and post journal entries as requiredReport and communicate business metrics timelyEscalate and address issues to key corporate members prior to financial closeDevelop and improve financial analysis tools and modelsBe part of an exciting growth opportunity with autonomy to affect the businessTravel as necessaryQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Education and/ or ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university, MBA a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior finance experience required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility and willingness to integrate and communicate with all organizational levelsExperience with JD Edwards and Hyperion preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to multitask while meeting tight deadlinesAbility to synthesize complex data and communicate summary resultsMaturity to handle confidential dataAdvanced Excel skillsCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMay be required to have a valid driver's license.Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 per yearSBM offers comprehensive benefit packages.
