Peterson Consulting Group is partnering with a long‑standing, financially stable heavy civil contractor specializing in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) construction to identify a talented Estimator to support their growing operations in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Employee Appreciation and Value Competitive Base Salary: DOE ($125‑160K+/yr) Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance Strong Company Culture focused on safety, collaboration, and long‑term professional growth Qualifications 5–10+ years of estimating experience within Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) construction or heavy civil infrastructure Proven track record of managing and bidding projects valued at $20M+ Strong understanding of WTP/WWTP scopes including process piping, mechanical systems, earthwork, and site utilities Ability to lead full bid efforts from conceptual takeoff through proposal submission Proficiency with estimating software and construction management platforms Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across project teams Currently based in the Greater Phoenix area or willing to relocate to Arizona Responsibilities Lead and manage the full estimating process for WTP/WWTP projects from bid solicitation through award Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for projects $20M and above Coordinate with project management, field leadership, and subcontractors to develop competitive and accurate bids Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope, risk, and opportunity Maintain and develop subcontractor and vendor relationships to support competitive pricing Support preconstruction efforts and collaborate with leadership on go/no‑go decisions and bid strategy Ensure all estimates are thorough, accurate, and submitted on time in accordance with project deadlines We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Peterson Consulting Inc
