Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Demonstrated experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Skilled in development and implementation of IEPs
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and manage a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations for students, both individually and in groups
• Develop treatment plans tailored to unique student needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students’ language development
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Participate in IEP meetings, delivering clear insights and recommendations
• Offer guidance for classroom strategies to assist students with speech/language challenges
