This full-time position offers 8-hour days across two school sites, supporting children’s growth, development, and academic success. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in Florida (or eligibility)
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage a dynamic caseload
• Familiarity with IEPs and documentation requirements in educational settings
• Adaptability in working with elementary and middle school populations

What You’ll Do:

• Assess students’ abilities and develop individualized plans and goals
• Provide therapy services and interventions during school hours
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and parents
• Track progress and maintain accurate student records
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary IEP meetings
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment

This is a contract position with the possibility of renewal based on performance and fit. Compensation is highly competitive, starting at $40+ per hour and commensurate with experience.
