As an apprentice, you'll work alongside an experienced Farmers agent, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gain real-world sales experience while following a structured development plan. This role is the first step in a professional track that can lead to future agency-level career opportunities within the Farmers Insurance network. After one year of service under an agent and $100,000 in premium sales, you will then be eligible to open your own Farmers Insurance Agency. No capital requirement. Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in handling customer information.
