Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• Experience with HCHB
• Associates Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: Mon-Fri am to 4:30 pm
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage areas include Logan and Todd
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Responsibilities include performing Oasis assessments using HCHB, supervising PTA, and completing admissions, recerts, 30 day assessments, and discharges

Russellville offers access to western Kentucky landmarks and a quieter small-city setting for a home health assignment. Downtown Russellville features the Logan County Courthouse and is about 30 miles from Bowling Green, which provides additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
