Please Read Before Applying This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. Days available: Sunday and Wednesday. This position may not be the right fit for those seeking: A reduced schedule (e.g., 9–4) A low-volume clinical setting Long-term guaranteed salary structures Ongoing step-by-step mentorship Compensation 25% of collections $800 per day guaranteed for the first 60 days No production cap Clinical Expectations Applicants Must Be Comfortable Performing Molar root canal therapy Surgical and non-surgical extractions Comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting This role requires clinical independence and the ability to manage a productive schedule. Schedule Full Time Approximately 11-hour shifts Our extended hours reflect patient demand and help support production opportunities.
