Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for member.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with member.

Assist member with mobility and physical exercises as needed.

Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.

Document and report any changes in member behavior or health status.

Support member in social and recreational activities.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for member at all times.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.

Previous experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings is a plus.

Valid CPR/First Aid & Article 9 certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
