Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care

Nursing Position – Skilled Nursing

Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 0 Contract Length: 52 weeks

Requirements: Valid nursing license Relevant certifications

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities. Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
