Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for Bilingual Traveling Recruiter. This 100% travel position will work with our nationwide team of dedicated, enthusiastic and friendly recruiters.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ability to be away from home for consecutive months
- Ability to fluently speak English and Spanish
- Ability to work non-standard shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
- Ability to provide proof of a valid driver's license and state-mandated car insurance
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges/etc.
- Screen candidates, resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools
- Onboard and train new employees
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
