Parts Driver

Description A Parts Driver picks-up and delivers parts for the dealership. Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards. Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers. Requirements Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and regulations Observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques Update status of runs and provide other pertinent information Notify Parts Manager of any issues with the Parts truck, including when maintenance is due Report any accidents or damage immediately Maintain the cleanliness of the parts truck. General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Ability to drive vehicles with manual or automatic transmission Positive attitude and professional appearance Focused, dependable, honest and trustworthy Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Working Conditions The employee will work indoors and outdoors in an auto shop environment.
