Compensation: $1845 - $2223 | Shift: 3x12 nights

Our organization is in search of empathetic and proficient Registered Nurses to become part of their team within a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. This role offers an exciting chance to engage with a varied patient demographic, including those undergoing general and vascular surgeries, bariatric procedures, plastic surgeries, trauma care, and stroke management.

As an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team, you will be essential in providing patient-focused care that prioritizes safety and quality outcomes. The unit fosters a positive work atmosphere through collaboration and teamwork, supported by an active Unit Based Council that encourages professional development and growth.

• Work alongside healthcare professionals to create and assess personalized care plans
• Commit to continuous learning through certifications and advanced practice opportunities
• Exhibit leadership qualities and serve as a clinical resource and mentor
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams
• Improve time management skills to enhance team performance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting required
• Verification of Michigan nursing license is necessary
• BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
