Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Design, modify, and support automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.

Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs using Rockwell Automation ControlLogix and related platforms.

Develop and support HMI applications and operator interfaces.

Integrate manufacturing equipment with plant-wide control systems and industrial networks.

Perform startup, commissioning, debugging, and validation activities on new and modified equipment.

Strong experience with Siemens HMI and industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Profinet).

Electrical controls systems and troubleshooting expertise.

Experience supporting automated assembly, robotics, conveyance, or manufacturing processes.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and wiring diagrams.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
