Registered Nurse Staffing Pool CarePartners

CarePartners is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse for our Staffing Pool to support CarePartners-affiliated facilities across the Healthcare & Medical Services network. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a variety of clinical settings, flexing to different units and locations based on patient census and organizational needs. As a key member of our collaborative care teams, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, monitor patient responses, and coordinate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care. You will document all care accurately and timely in the electronic health record, communicate clearly with patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions, and advocate for patient needs while demonstrating empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect. Working within CarePartners’ culture of community health improvement, you will support best practices, infection prevention, and safety initiatives, participate in quality and performance improvement activities, and help optimize patient flow across units. The Staffing Pool RN must be comfortable working in different environments, quickly orienting to unit-specific workflows, and supporting both day-to-day clinical operations and periods of high demand. This position may include rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to maintain continuous coverage.
