Position: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Shift: 07:00 - 19:00

Job Description

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and providing safe and effective patient care. The Registered Nurse will maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education, delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff, and provide direction and supervision to personnel involved in patient care.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (must be from the American Heart Association)
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care
• Knowledge of central lines
• Preferred wound care experience
• Current Colorado or multi-state compact RN license

Patient Ratios

The position involves a patient ratio of 1:6.
