Responsabilidades Sé la cara acogedora que recibe a nuestros clientes cuando llegan. Gestiona las operaciones diarias de la oficina y garantiza un flujo de trabajo fluido. Ayudar a programar citas y coordinar reuniones para los miembros del equipo. Preparar y organizar documentos, informes y presentaciones. Gestiona las llamadas entrantes y la correspondencia con profesionalidad. Mantener los sistemas de archivo y asegurar un registro preciso. Apoyar a los miembros del equipo con diversas tareas administrativas según sea necesario. Supervisa y gestiona el inventario de suministros. Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar la eficiencia operativa. Requisitos diploma de secundaria o equivalente; Se prefiere un título universitario. Experiencia como recepcionista, asistente administrativa o en un puesto similar. Sólidas habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle. Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para hacer varias tareas a la vez y priorizar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
