Location: Kiefer, OK (On-site only)
Pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping clients feel confident and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers
• Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Update account information and maintain accurate records
• Recommend and sell services to inbound leads
• Assist with administrative tasks, survey management, and outgoing mail
• Process payments and support daily office operations
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone conversations
• Strong computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Friendly, confident communicator with a team, first attitude

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $16–$20/hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Occasional Saturdays during spring and fall
• In-office only (Kiefer, OK)
