Customer Service Specialist

Cherished Memories Photography is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Phone Support Team during our busy season. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Position: Seasonal Phone Support Representative Season: August through December Hours: Schedule and hours are based on business needs and may vary throughout the season. Pay: $17.00–$18.50 per hour What You'll Do As a Phone Support Representative, you'll be the voice of Cherished Memories Photography, assisting families, students, and schools with a variety of questions and requests while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously. Assist customers with booking appointments. Help customers with photo orders, reprints, and editing requests. Assist with in-studio ordering and non-Blueprint orders. Answer questions regarding yearbook requirements and photography services. Communicate effectively with team members through email, messaging, and ClickUp. Escalate complex customer concerns when appropriate. Complete follow-up tasks accurately and promptly. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Previous customer service, call center, or phone support experience is a plus, but not required. Performance Expectations Handle approximately 5–7 customer calls per hour (approximately 28 calls during an 8-hour shift). Complete assigned ClickUp tasks and customer follow-ups in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Opportunities for Growth We believe in promoting from within! After successfully completing one full season, qualified team members may be eligible for promotion to Phone Support Specialist based on: Performance Availability Successful completion of the Specialist Exam Even if you choose not to pursue the Specialist role, you can continue developing additional skills to earn wage increases up to the position's pay cap.
