Job Overview This role involves delivering pediatric physical therapy services to children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs in home and community settings. Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs in home and community settings. Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals. Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Maintain clear and timely documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Texas Physical Therapy License. New graduates are welcome to apply – we provide mentorship and training! CPR Certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
