College degree in Hospitality‑related field preferred. 2–4 years of food service experience required. CCRC dining experience required. Resort and/or country club experience a plus. Multi‑point of service experience a plus to manage retail, event, and dining room service. Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. What Your Responsibilities Will Be Maintain excellent relationships with residents, resident families, guests, peers, and management. Work with the Chef and Director of Dining Services to suggest nutritious and high‑quality food for residents and guests. Implement and maintain new culinary and service programs in conjunction with the culinary team. Train and uphold a high standard for dining room and other food service venues.
