Water Treatment Service Technician — Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis

We’re looking for an experienced technician to install, repair, and maintain water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. What you’ll do Install, repair, and maintain residential water softeners and RO systems Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues in the field Deliver excellent service and clear communication to our valued clients Support fellow technicians in the field — we work as a team, not solo operators Follow a daily schedule provided by dispatch, with equipment pickup for installations as needed — drive your service truck home at the end of each day What you’ll need 2+ years of installation experience (required) 2+ years of plumbing experience (required) Working knowledge of water softeners and reverse osmosis systems Strong troubleshooting skills; soldering ability Clean driving record (no DUI or reckless driving) Reliability, integrity, and a team‑first attitude Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus but not required — we’ll train you on our dispatch and field software What we provide $46,000–$58,000 starting salary (based on experience) plus commission and bonus opportunities Career growth opportunities with one of Arizona’s fastest growing water treatment companies Newer‑model service truck driven home daily, with fuel, most tools, and an expense account covered Health stipend, retirement plan, and paid time off Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts — no weekends A supportive, positive work environment where good work gets rewarded #J-18808-Ljbffr Clear Water Concepts
