Green Thumb Industries in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to assist patients and customers in our retail dispensary. You will guide product selection, explain safe consumption methods, and help maintain a compliant, welcoming store. The role requires at least one year of customer service, ability to work varied shifts (including weekends), a valid driver’s license or state ID, and compliance with cannabis regulations.
