Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers. Maintain accurate service records, including customer information and vehicle history. Organize and file service orders and invoices. Prepare necessary paperwork for service orders, warranties, and claims. Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements. Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on service status. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction. Generate reports on service department performance and customer feedback. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and process service invoices accurately. Assist in managing accounts receivable and payment processing. Schedule and organize meetings for the service team. Prepare meeting agendas. Assist in onboarding and training new employees within the service department. Maintain training materials and resources. Help ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations. Assist in preparing for audits and inspections.
