Residential Real Estate Investment Sales

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Las Olas)

Position Type: Full Time | In Office

Compensation: Weekly Recoverable Draw of $500 to $1,250 based on experience and training progression, plus uncapped commissions.

Position Overview

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will speak directly with homeowners who have contacted us regarding the sale of their property. Your role is to understand each seller’s unique situation, present solutions, negotiate purchase agreements, and guide transactions from initial conversation through contract execution.

This is a consultative sales position where emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and professionalism are just as important as closing ability.

Real estate experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with proven sales success from industries such as automotive, mortgage, financial services, insurance, business development, or high ticket sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady pipeline of inbound seller opportunities.

• Conduct consultative conversations to identify each homeowner’s needs and motivations.

• Build trust while educating sellers on available options.

• Negotiate purchase agreements that create value for both the homeowner and the company.

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow up activities.

• Work closely with transaction coordinators and leadership to ensure a seamless closing process.

• Consistently achieve individual production and performance goals.

• Proven success in sales, negotiations, customer retention, or business development.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Competitive, self motivated, and goal oriented.

• Ability to perform in a fast paced, high accountability environment.

• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

• Real estate experience is a plus but is not required.

Compensation

Compensation includes a weekly recoverable draw during onboarding and an uncapped commission structure designed to reward performance.

Top producers have earned well into six figures annually.

One of our top Acquisition Specialists earned $288,000 last year, including more than $47,000 in commissions in a single month.

There is no cap on earnings. Your income is determined by your performance.
